Refund and Returns Policy

What is the refund policy?

We do have a refund policy valid within 7 working days. However, if a damaged/incorrect product has been received by the customer, contact our customer service center for your return by emailing us at support@cosmetika.pk within 7 days of purchase. The product should remain unused and in its original packaging. After our team reviews the product and approve your return, 25% will be deducted from original amount and rest of the amount will be transferred to customer’s preferred payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your package after receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
