What is the return policy/exchange policy?
We do have an Exchange policy valid within 7 working days.
However, if a damaged/incorrect product has been received by the customer, contact our customer service center for your return by emailing us at support@cosmetika.pk within 7 days of purchase. The product should remain unused and in its original packaging. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered a credit or refund for that amount.
